About pogiverse
pogiverse is a home for small games to play with friends. There are no accounts and nothing to install: one person starts a game and sends the link, and everyone plays in their browser, on a phone or a computer.
The games
- 🐑 Sheep: the host asks questions like “Name a tennis player” and everyone tries to give the answer most people will give. You score a point for every player who said the same thing. Play at your own pace, then watch the answers revealed live.
- ⚡ Thunderdome: the host picks a category, like “ABBA songs”, and each round everyone has a few seconds to name one more thing in it without repeating an earlier answer. Miss, and you're out. Each answer is checked automatically, and the host has the final say.

Your games and privacy
- A game is open to anyone with its link, so share it with the people you're playing with.
- Your browser remembers which name you played under, and whether you're the host, with a cookie. There's no tracking and no ads.
- In Thunderdome, each answer is sent to Claude, Anthropic's AI, along with the category and the earlier answers, to check it. Nothing else about you is sent.
- The host link is secret. Anyone who has it can run the game, so keep it to yourself.
